Quiet and cozy apartment complex in a great location adjacent to 95 and tons of shopping and restaurants. I lived here for a year and a half when I worked at MCBQ and had zero complaints. I miss sitting on the porch playing guitar and drinking beer during the the summer while watching the lake fountain, and feeding the ducks.

My husband and I lived in Lakewood during TBS and we really enjoyed it. The staff is very professional and polite and quick to respond if you have any questions/concerns. They were very helpful and flexible with our unstable schedule when it came time to move, Maintenance is friendly. The apartment… was clean and renovated and we never experienced any issues with the appliances. The area is always well kept, the pool is clean. There’s never any trouble finding a parking spot. It was great being close to Target and about 10 minutes from the PX and Commissary on base, and it took my husband about 10-15 to get to TBS in the mornings, so its a great location for Marines and small families.
